A White Sturgeon.

The White Sturgeon (Acipenser transmontanus) is a large species of Sturgeon native to several popular fishing areas of North America. It is from the Acipenseridae family and the Acipenser genus. It is by far the most popular species of Sturgeon, in terms of knowledge and game. The absolute maximum proportions this fish can grow to are 20 feet in length and almost 1800 pounds. Because of the fishes mouth on the underside of its mouth, it is a bottom dweller.
